TERMS OF USE (A Quick Guide)

All digital products were created by Bethaney Allison for The Allison Exchange and sold through Gumroad, all rights reserved. Your purchased product(s) is intended for the original purchaser and is for single classroom/home use only and should not be redistributed or resold. All digital downloads are meant to be downloaded to your personal computer only. We are not responsible for any loss to purchased files due to blockware or security on company emails or computer devices.
Important: Duplication by other teachers, staff, or parents, or wide distribution (physical copies or digital copies) is prohibited. Please refrain from sharing, reposting, or reselling files or images in public formats where it can be downloaded by the public. Original files, images, prints may not be duplicated or edited. Files that are downloaded cannot be reposted on websites, blogs without written permission. Users cannot claim my products as their own, and use of content is for non-commercial use.
Digital downloads can be printed and used within single classrooms (your own classes). The original purchaser can email privately to students, or placed on private learning systems (Dropbox, Google classrooms, etc). Clip art images may be used in personal classroom bulletin boards, displays, posters, worksheets, certificates, or lesson plans/digital resources (images must be flattened). Physical products may not be copied and redistributed or duplicated.
